Accounts and access
NYX accounts are protected by authenticated sign-in, and member records are scoped so each account can reach only its own data. Administrative tools are limited to authorized NYX staff.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you've found a security issue, contact NYX at 949-630-3028 or through the contact page with enough detail to reproduce it. Please don't publicly disclose the issue until we've had a chance to respond, and avoid accessing other members' data while testing.
Your part
Use a strong, unique password, keep your login private, and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your NYX account.
