Using NYX
You agree to use NYX lawfully, to provide accurate information in applications and forms, and to keep your account credentials secure. Membership is by application and may be granted, limited, or ended at NYX's discretion.
AI-generated content
AVA and other NYX AI features produce drafts, summaries, and suggestions. They can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. NYX does not replace licensed real estate, legal, financial, tax, appraisal, escrow, or inspection professionals.
Content and ownership
NYX branding, education material, and platform content belong to NYX. You keep ownership of the business information and files you submit, and you grant NYX permission to process them to deliver the service.

The platform is provided as-is. Any figures shown in dashboards or examples are illustrative and are not a promise of results.
